Sunday was once again taken up with some fly fishing in the Berg. Things got off to a sad start when we noticed another fisherman at our water. Apparently the NFFC booking line had been down for 2 days and so he had just decided to pitch up hoping nobody else had booked. Oh well, I suppose sharing a water isn’t that bad.

The fishing itself got off to a slow start and I landed nothing in the morning session. Thankfully things improved in the late morning session when I finally picked up a small fish. The weird thing was that in 5 casts I missed 1, landed 1 and lost 1.
