Pregnancy Time-lapse
Over the 9 month of Sharon’s pregnancy I took of photo of her every second or third day. It was a time consuming process that took a lot of patience on both of our parts. Sharon had to change every night – into the same outfit – and I seemed to continuously be lining up the camera to take the exact same photo. As for the number of batteries I went through in my flash, lets not mention that.
Thankfully once Emma was born and I began putting together the stop motion segment as well as the time-lapse it all seemed worth it.
Processing took me a few days since most of the photos were slightly out of alignment. Lighting conditions also changed despite setting all camera settings to manual. I guess this was due to the time of year, changes of light bulbs in the house, etc.
Below is the end result after processing the photos through various image and video editing programs. I never fully got the deflickering 100%, but I think it’s good enough. Enjoy!
