The Admin Rule

It seems that the older one gets the more admin one has to do on weekends. How is that possible? Anyway, after a little thought I came up with the following:

admin = ((Age * 2) + nper + nprop + nv) / 10

where:

nper = the number of people living in your house (bachelor pads rule)
nprop = the number of houses you own
nv = the number of vehicles you own
admin = the number of hours of admin you will have on any given weekend
